पीयूष
Pīyūṣa
concepto“Nectar of immortality”. Synonym of [[amṛta]], the ambrosial fluid that descends from the pale moon (soma-cakra) in the palate region.
According to the Gorakṣa Śataka, when the yogi performs [[jālandhara-bandha]], the pīyūṣa is retained and does not fall into the digestive fire (jāṭharāgni), prolonging life and bestowing powers.
