सर्वाङ्गासन
Sarvāṅgāsana
All-limbs posture. The body is held vertical on the shoulders, chin against the chest.
A complete inversion that stimulates the thyroid and calms the nervous system. The name indicates it benefits the entire body (sarva = all, aṅga = limb). Considered the “queen” of āsanas in the modern tradition.
