Neither violence (hiṃsā) nor compassion (kāruṇyam), neither arrogance (auddhatyam) nor meekness (dīnatā), neither wonder (āścaryam) nor agitation (kṣobhaḥ) — such is the one whose impurity has vanished. All qualities belong to prakṛti, not to puruṣa.
