भ्रूमध्य
Bhrūmadhya
concepto“Midpoint of the eyebrows.” Center of concentration (dhyana) between the eyebrows, associated with ājñā cakra. In dhyana and mudra practices, bhrūmadhya is where the inner gaze (āntara drishti) is directed.
Śāmbhavī mudra and bhrūmadhya drishti are techniques using this point as a focus for awakening subtle perception. Concentration at bhrūmadhya leads to absorption in the inner light.
