गोरक्ष
Gorakṣa

Gorakṣa is considered a direct disciple of Matsyendranāth and a central figure in the Haṭha Yoga tradition. His name symbolizes the protection of go (cows/void), meaning the defense of the yogi’s body (śūnya-deha) and mind.
