Rāja-Vidyā-Rāja-Guhya Yoga · Verse 22

अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते | तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम्

ananyāś cintayanto māṃ ye janāḥ paryupāsate | teṣāṃ nityābhiyuktānāṃ yoga-kṣemaṃ vahāmy aham

But those who worship Me with exclusive devotion, always thinking of Me, always united to Me, I provide what they need and preserve what they possess.

The famous verse of divine protection. Ananyāḥ — without another object — is exclusive devotion. Cintayantaḥ — thinking, meditating — paryupāsate — they sit around, worship by circumambulating.

Nityābhiyuktānām — always united, constantly dedicated. Yoga-kṣemaṃ vahāmi — “I bring what they lack and protect what they have.” Yoga = obtaining what they don’t have; kṣema = preserving what they have.

This is the Lord’s direct promise to His pure devotees: He takes care of their material and spiritual welfare.
