He does not know coming and going, he does not know the passage of days, he does not know what is auspicious and what is inauspicious;This is who is united with yoga.

This verse describes the experience of the yogi absorbed in samādhi.Na jānāti gatāgataṃ — does not know coming and going.Ordinary consciousness is structured by movement: we go from one place to another, from one thought to another.In samādhi, this temporal-spatial structure dissolves.

Na jānāti dinakṣayam — does not know the passage of days.Subjective time is suspended.What externally may be hours or days, internally is an eternal instant or a timeless void.This phenomenon is well documented in stories from deep meditators.

Na jānāti śubhāśubham — does not know the auspicious and the inauspicious.The moral and ritualistic categories of Indian culture (auspicious days, pure actions, etc.) lose relevance.Not because the yogi becomes amoral but because he has transcended the system of dual references.The Bihar School warns that this describes a specific state, not an attitude to be superficially imitated.
