अमरोली

Amarolī

mudra

The immortal. A mudrā employing one’s own urine as an alchemical substance (amara = immortal), described in the Haṭha Pradīpikā (3.96) as companion to vajroli and sahajolī. The three form a triptych of internal practices oriented toward the retention and sublimation of bindu, and are considered advanced techniques of tantric haṭha yoga.
