Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 52

वज्रोल्यमरोली चैव सहजोली च तत्त्वतः | तिस्रः सहोदिता मुद्राः सिद्धानां सिद्धिदायिकाः ||

vajroly amarolī caiva sahajolī ca tattvataḥ | tisraḥ sahoditā mudrāḥ siddhānāṃ siddhidāyikāḥ ||

The three sister mudrās: Vajrolī, Amarolī, and Sahajolī. They form a group related to the conservation and sublimation of vital fluids.

Vajrolī is the masculine practice of retention. Amarolī is the practice of consuming the fluid. Sahajolī is the natural union without loss of fluid.

These practices belong to advanced tantric haṭha yoga and require direct instruction from a competent teacher. They are not for autonomous practice.
