One who truly knows this opulence and mystic power of Mine becomes established in unshakeable yoga; of this there is no doubt.

The result of knowing the vibhūtis. Etāṃ vibhūtiṃ — this opulence — the list that follows. Yogaṃ ca — and the mystic power — the capacity to manifest in multiple forms.

Tattvataḥ — in truth, in essence — not superficially. Avikampena yogena — unshakeable yoga — steady, without doubts. The knowledge of the vibhūtis stabilizes the practice because it completely reorients the relationship with the world.

All that is impressive in the universe is an emanation of the Lord.
