amī hi tvāṃ sura-saṅghā viśanti kecid bhītāḥ prāñjalayo gṛṇanti | svastīty uktvā maharṣi-siddha-saṅghāḥ stuvanti tvāṃ stutibhir uktibhiḥ

Truly, these groups of gods enter into You; some, frightened, with hands joined, glorify You, saying ‘Hail!’, and multitudes of great sages and perfected beings praise You with hymns.

Arjuna describes the reaction of the devas. Surasaṅghāḥ — groups of gods — entering into the viśvarūpa. Some (kecit) — bhītāḥ — fearful — prāñjalayaḥ — with joined hands.

Gṛṇanti — glorify. Svasti iti uktvā — saying “well, auspicious” — svasti is a Vedic blessing. Maharṣi-siddha-saṅghāḥ — multitudes of great sages and perfected beings.

Tāṃ stuvanti — they praise You — with stutibhiḥ — hymns of praise.
