Ye ca kāmā causesu, pañca ca kāmaguṇe; Cetaso kāmā chaṭṭhāni, virāgametaṁ paramanti.

Sensual pleasures with their causes, the five cords of desire, those created by mind, sixth support; dispassion is beyond.
Pañca kāmaguṇe — the five strands of pleasure: form, sound, smell, taste, touch. Each is a cord (guṇa) that binds consciousness.
Cetaso kāmā — mental desires. Not only external objects, but mental constructions are the sixth bond. Freeing from all this is virāga — dispassion.
