Having abandoned bonds, having attained the end of yoga; the monk is free from thirst, sensation is attended to.
Yogakkhaya — end of yoga. In the Buddhist context, yoga are the mental bonds, not physical postures. The end of yoga is the end of the yoke.
Paṭissatā — attended to, responded to. Sensation (vedanā) is not ignored or repressed, it is attended to with mindfulness.
