Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 40

खेचरीमुद्रया योगी सिद्धानां सिद्धिमाप्नुयात् | महासिद्धिं च लभते योगी योगपरायणः ||

khecarīmudrayā yogī siddhānāṃ siddhim āpnuyāt | mahāsiddhiṃ ca labhate yogī yogaparāyaṇaḥ ||

Verse similar to 3-36, reiterating the results. The Khecarī is so important that its benefits merit repetition.

The perfection of the siddhās is the state of complete realization. “Great perfection” is even beyond: the certainty of not being reborn, the final liberation.

The yogi “dedicated to yoga” is one for whom practice is life itself, not a separate activity. In such dedication, transformation is inevitable.
