Saptamopadeśaḥ (Samādhi) · Verse 6
नादयोगं ततः प्रोक्तं योगिनां सिद्धिदायकम् | तत्प्रकारं प्रवक्ष्यामि शृणु त्वं कमलानने ||
nādayogaṃ tataḥ proktaṃ yogināṃ siddhidāyakam | tatprakāraṃ pravakṣyāmi śṛṇu tvaṃ kamalānane ||
The second samādhi: Nāda yoga — union through inner sound. It is one of the most accessible paths because sound is always available.
Nāda — subtle sound, celestial music, the “sound of one ear” — is the object of meditation in this practice.
“Giver of perfection” — nāda yoga leads directly to absorptive states. Sound draws the mind toward its source.
