He is not afflicted by illness, he is not tainted by karma, he is not limited by time who knows the Khecarī mudrā.

Pīḍyate na rogeṇa — is not afflicted by illness. The body may experience symptoms, but the yogi does not suffer; There is dissociation between the physical phenomenon and the experience of suffering.

Lipyate na karmaṇā — is not tainted by karma. This is a profound spiritual achievement: actions no longer generate saṃskāras (impressions) that bind the cycle of rebirth. The yogī acts without accumulating karma.

Bādhyate na kālena — is not limited by time.Kāla (time) is also a name of death.Transcending time means transcending mortality and dwelling in the eternity of the Self. Khecarī mudrā, as a supreme practice, grants these three levels of liberation.
