Bellows breath. A vigorous prāṇāyāma with forced breathing through both nostrils, described in Haṭha Pradīpikā 2.59-60. Generates internal heat (tapas) and awakens kuṇḍalinī. Its name evokes the blacksmith’s bellows that stoke the flame.
