गरुड
Garuda
concepto“Eagle.” Divine bird, mount (vahana) of Viṣṇu. In yoga, garuda symbolizes the capacity to rise above earthly bonds — the flight of spirit transcending the gravity of ignorance.
Garudasana (eagle pose) is one of the 84 classical asanas. Arms and legs intertwine representing the unity of opposites, while the gaze remains fixed on a single point (drishti).
