इहैव तैर्जितः सर्गो येषां साम्ये स्थितं मनः | निर्दोषं हि समं ब्रह्म तस्माद्ब्रह्मणि ते स्थिताः

ihaiva tair jitaḥ sargo yeṣāṃ sāmye sthitaṃ manaḥ | nirdoṣaṃ hi samaṃ brahma tasmād brahmaṇi te sthitāḥ

Here itself is conquered creation by those whose mind is established in equality. Brahman is without defect and equal; therefore they are established in Brahman.

Conquest here and now. Iha eva — here itself — indicates immediacy; one does not need to die for liberation.

Sāmye sthitam manaḥ — mind established in equality — is equanimity before all beings. Result: jitaḥ sargaḥ — conquered creation — transcendence of the cycle of birth and death. Nirdoṣaṃ samaṃ brahma — Brahman without defect and equal — is reason: equal mind unites with equal Reality. Brahmaṇi te sthitāḥ — they are in Brahman.
