अन्तकाले च मामेव स्मरन्मुक्त्वा कलेवरम् | यः प्रयाति स मद्भावं याति नास्त्यत्र संशयः

anta-kāle ca mām eva smaran muktvā kalevaram | yaḥ prayāti sa mad-bhāvaṃ yāti nāsty atra saṃśayaḥ

And at the final moment, remembering Me alone, abandoning the body, whoever departs — reaches My nature. Of this there is no doubt.

Central teaching: anta-kāle (at the final hour), mām eva smaran (remembering Me only), muktvā kalevaram (abandoning the body), he who prayāti (departs) yāti mad-bhāvam (reaches My nature).

Nāsti saṃśayaḥ — there is no doubt. It is absolute guarantee. The final smaraṇa (remembrance) determines destiny. This connects with the practices of divine memory (smaraṇa) in bhakti.
