Kṣetra-Kṣetrajña Yoga · Verse 19

इति क्षेत्रं तथा ज्ञानं ज्ञेयं चोक्तं समासतः | मद्भक्त एतद्विज्ञाय मद्भावायोपपद्यते

iti kṣetraṃ tathā jñānaṃ jñeyaṃ coktaṃ samāsataḥ | mad-bhakta etad vijñāya mad-bhāvāyopapadyate

Thus the field, knowledge and the object of knowledge have been said in summary. My devotee, having known this, becomes fit for My state of being.

The summary (samāsataḥ) of the teaching: the field (kṣetra), the knowledge that liberates (jñāna), and the Supreme Self (jñeya).

Etad vijñāya — having known this — not merely intellectually but as direct realization. Knowledge matures into experiential understanding.

Mad-bhāva — “My state” — refers to liberation, union with the Divine nature. This is the culmination of the jñāna-yoga described in this chapter.
