Yo imāni sikkhāni, yathā te anudhammikā; Sikkhitvā patipajjāti, bhāraṁ so nissatī dhuranti.
Yo imāni sikkhāni, yathā te anudhammikā; sikkhitvā patipajjāti, bhāraṁ so nissatī dhuranti.
Whoever practices these trainings according to the Dhamma, whoever walks after training, that one leaves behind the burden, crosses the goal.
Sikkhāni — trainings, disciplines. Buddhism is a training system, not just belief. Anudhammika — according to the Dhamma, in harmony with natural law.
Bhāraṁ — the burden. The weight we carry is not physical, it is mental: attachments, identifications, defenses. Training makes us light.
