Having abandoned pleasures, the disciple of the Lord of men, having fully understood the Dhamma with clear vision; meditating on all impurities, the wise monk is gracious.

Vicakkhu — of clear vision. Not just seeing the Dhamma intellectually, but with the penetration that comes from meditation.

Pāsādano — gracious, delightful. The monk who has abandoned pleasures is not austere and severe, but someone whose presence generates peace in others.
