Completing the catalogue of twenty-five mudrās. Śāmbhavī — Śiva’s seal — is concentration on the third eye. Pañcadhāraṇā — the five elemental retentions.
Aśvinī — of the divine physicians — contracts and releases the sphincter. Pāśinī — the one that binds — wraps the body in a specific position.
Kākī — the crow — related to breathing. Mātaṅginī — the powerful — and Bhujaṅginī — the serpent — complete the repertoire. Each one is a gateway to specific dimensions of practice.
