मृत्युः सर्वहरश्चाहमुद्भवश्च भविष्यताम् | कीर्तिः श्रीर्वाक्च नारीणां स्मृतिर्मेधा धृतिः क्षमा

mṛtyuḥ sarva-haraś cāham udbhavaś ca bhaviṣyatām | kīrtiḥ śrīr vāk ca nārīṇāṃ smṛtir medhā dhṛtiḥ kṣamā

I am death, the destroyer of all, and I am the birth of what will be. Of feminine qualities I am fame, fortune, speech, memory, intelligence, constancy and tolerance.

Mṛtyuḥ — death — sarva-haraḥ — that which takes away all — time as the final destroyer. Udbhavaḥ — origin — bhaviṣyatām — of what will come.

Of the glorious qualities (nārīṇām — of women, or of feminine energies): kīrtiḥ (fame), śrīḥ (fortune, Lakṣmī), vāk (eloquence), smṛtiḥ (memory), medhā (intellect), dhṛtiḥ (firmness), kṣamā (tolerance).
