Mokṣa-Sannyāsa Yoga · Verse 78
यत्र योगेश्वरः कृष्णो यत्र पार्थो धनुर्धरः | तत्र श्रीर्विजयो भूतिर्ध्रुवा नीतिर्मतिर्मम
yatra yogeśvaraḥ kṛṣṇo yatra pārtho dhanur-dharaḥ | tatra śrīr vijayo bhūtir dhruvā nītir matir mama
Where the Lord of yoga, Kṛṣṇa, is, and where Pārtha, bearer of the bow, is — there is fortune, victory, prosperity and certainty of morality, such is my opinion.
Final verse, Sañjaya’s blessing. Four blessings where Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna are:
- Śrīḥ — fortune, beauty, auspiciousness
- Vijayaḥ — victory
- Bhūtiḥ — prosperity, power
- Dhruvā nītiḥ — firm/sure morality/citizenship
The union of īśvara (divine) and bhakta (devotee) is source of all prosperity. Matir mama — such is my convinced opinion.
