Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 34

महावेधोऽयमभ्यासान्महा-सिद्धि-प्रदायकः | वली-पलित-वेपघ्नः सेव्यते साधकोत्तमैः

mahāvedho 'yam abhyāsān mahā-siddhi-pradāyakaḥ | valī-palita-vepaghnaḥ sevyate sādhakottamaiḥ

This Mahāvedha, by practice, bestows great siddhis;destroys wrinkles, gray hair and tremors;It is practiced by the best sadhakas.

Abhyāsāt — by practice — emphasizes that benefits come from constant repetition, not from isolated experience.Mahā-siddhi-pradāyakaḥ — bestower of great siddhis — reiterates the potency of this technique.
