Eighty-seventh dhāraṇā. The central nāḍī — suṣumṇā. Madhyanāḍīmadhyasaṃsthā — situated in the center of the central channel. Not the channel itself but its center. The center of the center. An axis of pure void that runs through the body from perineum to crown.

Bisastantuviśāradā — subtle as the fiber of the lotus stalk. Inside the lotus stalk there are almost invisible filaments. That subtle is this channel. You will not find it with anatomy. It is an experiential reality, not physical.

Antarvyomayā devyā — the Devī made of inner space. The goddess is not an entity. She is space — vyoman. Conscious space that inhabits the center of the central channel. Tayā devaḥ prakāśate — by her, the Deva illuminates. Śakti reveals Śiva. Inner space reveals consciousness. Meditation on this subtle channel opens perception to what was always there, subtler than the subtle.
