Darśana

Vision, philosophical viewpoint, system. Darśana designates both the act of seeing — including direct vision of the Divine — and the six orthodox schools of Indian thought: Yoga, Sāṃkhya, Vedānta, Mīmāṃsā, Nyāya, and Vaiśeṣika. Each darśana offers a distinct lens on reality, yet all share Vedic authority and the ultimate goal of liberation.
