दिव्यदेह

Divyadeha

anatomía sutil

The divine or luminous body, also called the “body of light.” Not the physical form but the perfected subtle vehicle that arises through intensive pranayama, mudra, and [[meditation]].

In the [[hatha-yoga]] tradition, this is the result of awakening the dormant energy at the base of the spine and guiding it through the [[cakra]] system. The yogi becomes [[dehinam]] paramam — the supreme among embodied beings.

It represents the transcendence of ordinary material limitation while remaining in form, a state of radiant vitality that classical texts describe as imperishable (avyaya).
