Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 33
नाडीमूले तु संयोज्य निकुञ्च्य च मुहुर्मुहुः | खेचरीमुद्रया योगी दिव्यदेहं तु साधयेत् ||
nāḍīmūle tu saṃyojya nikuñcya ca muhur muhuḥ | khecarīmudrayā yogī divyadehaṃ tu sādhayet ||
The combined technique: tongue at the palate (Khecarī), contraction of the perineum (mūla bandha), at the “root of the nāḍī” — the base center where ascending energy begins.
The repeated contraction (muhur muhuḥ) stimulates and awakens the kuṇḍalinī. The combination of Khecarī and mūla bandha creates a complete energy circuit.
The result is the same: divya-deha, divine body. The techniques converge because they are all directing the same energy toward the same destination.
