Puruṣottama Yoga · Verse 19
यो मामेवमसम्मूढो जानाति पुरुषोत्तमम् | स सर्वविद्भजति मां सर्वभावेन भारत
yo mām evam asammūḍho jānāti puruṣottamam | sa sarva-vid bhajati māṃ sarva-bhāvena bhārata
He who, unconfused, knows Me thus as Puruṣottama, he, knowing all, worships Me with all his being, O Bhārata.
The reward of knowledge. Yaḥ…jānāti — he who knows. Qualified: asammūḍhaḥ — unconfused, with clear mind, without moha. The object of knowledge: mām…puruṣottamam — Me as Puruṣottama.
Result: sa sarva-vit — he knows all (the knowledge of the supreme includes everything else). And act: bhajati mām sarva-bhāvena — he worships/serves Me with all his bhāva — his state of being, his emotions, his attitudes, his entire nature. It is a total service, not partial.
