Rāja-Vidyā-Rāja-Guhya Yoga · Verse 10
मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृतिः सूयते सचराचरम् | हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते
mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ sūyate sa-cara-acaram | hetunānena kaunteya jagad viparivartate
Under My supervision, material nature produces all that is mobile and immobile. It is for this cause, O son of Kuntī, that the world revolves.
The most explicit verse about the relationship between God and nature. Mayādhyakṣeṇa — with Me as supervisor, witness, director — prakṛtiḥ sūyate — nature produces.
Sa-cara-acaram — the mobile and immobile, the animate and inanimate. The Lord does not create each atom directly; He grants power and supervision to prakṛti.
Viparivartate — revolves, evolves, transforms — describes the world (jagat, that which moves) as a constant dynamic process under divine will.
