But great souls, O Pṛthā, take refuge in My divine nature, and with undivided mind worship Me, knowing Me as the origin of all beings and imperishable.

The response to the previous verse: in contrast to those who take refuge in demoniac nature, the mahātmānaḥ — great souls — take refuge in divine nature (daivī prakṛti).

Ananya-manaso — with undivided mind, without another object of thought — describes perfect concentration on the Lord. Bhajanti — worship, serve, are dedicated to — is the devotee’s natural activity.

Knowing the Lord as bhūtādim — origin of all beings — and avyayam — imperishable — stabilizes this devotion in philosophical knowledge.
