Behold now this entire universe together, with the moving and unmoving, situated in My body, oh Arjuna, and whatever else you desire to see.

Iha — here, now — at this moment. Eka-stham — situated in one — the whole universe in a single body. Jagat kṛtsnam — the entire universe.

Sa-cara-acaram — with the moving and unmoving — all beings. Mama dehe — in My body — the cosmic body of the Lord. Yat anyat — whatever else — the Lord can show everything desired.

This is the vision of the virāṭ puruṣa, the Cosmic Person.
