Viśvarūpa-Darśana Yoga · Verse 6
पश्यादित्यान्वसून्रुद्रानश्विनौ मरुतस्तथा | बहून्यदृष्टपूर्वाणि पश्याश्चर्याणि भारत
paśyādityān vasūn rudrān aśvinau marutas tathā | bahūny adṛṣṭa-pūrvāṇi paśyāścaryāṇi bhārata
Behold the Ādityas, the Vasus, the Rudras, the Aśvins and the Maruts; behold many wonders never seen before, oh Bhārata.
The Lord enumerates categories of devas: Ādityāḥ — twelve solar gods. Vasavaḥ — eight elemental gods. Rudrāḥ — eleven forms of Rudra/Śiva. Aśvinau — the twin divine physicians.
Marutaḥ — forty-nine wind gods. Adṛṣṭa-pūrvāṇi — never before seen — Arjuna sees what no one had seen. Āścaryāṇi — wonders — the viśvarūpa defies all description.
These devas are portions of the Lord whom Arjuna now sees in His universal form.
