Vibhūti Yoga · Verse 39
यच्चापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन | न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम्
yac cāpi sarva-bhūtānāṃ bījaṃ tad aham arjuna | na tad asti vinā yat syān mayā bhūtaṃ cara-acaram
Moreover, whatever is the seed of all beings, that I am, oh Arjuna. There is nothing that is moving or unmoving that can exist without Me.
The summary of the Vibhūti Yoga. Bījam — seed, germ, cause — of sarva-bhūtānām (all beings). The Lord is not just one vibhūti among many, but the source of all existence.
Na tad asti — that does not exist — vinā — without — mayā — Me. Bhūtam cara-acaram — all beings mobile and immobile. This is the declaration of absolute dependence of everything on the Lord.
The vibhūtis are the Lord manifested; the world is the Lord sustained.
