Atthi mutti atthi dhammaṃ, atthi saṅghe pasādano; Atthi bālo atthi paṇḍito, atthi dhammo ca diṭṭhikappo.

Atthi mutti atthi dhammaṃ, atthi saṅghe pasādano; atthi bālo atthi paṇḍito, atthi dhammo ca diṭṭhikappo.

There is liberation, there is Dhamma, there is faith in Sangha; there is fool, there is wise one, there is Dhamma and view.

The Three Refuges: Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha. Pasādano — faith, clear confidence (saddhā). Not blind belief, but trust based on experience.

Bālo and paṇḍito — fool and wise. The Dhamma is for both, but the fool does not recognize it.
