Tṛtīyopadeśaḥ (Mudrā) · Verse 56

ताडागी माण्डुकी चैव शाम्भवी च तथैव च | मुद्रास्ताः सिद्धयोगीनां सिद्धानां सिद्धिदायिकाः ||

tāḍāgī māṇḍukī caiva śāmbhavī ca tathaiva ca | mudrāstāḥ siddhayogīnāṃ siddhānāṃ siddhidāyikāḥ ||

Catalogue of final mudrās. Tāḍāgī — the basin — imitates the form of a pond. Māṇḍukī — the frog — is a specific meditative position.

Śāmbhavī — of Śiva — is concentration on the third eye, mudrā of half-closed eyes looking toward the forehead.

These are meditative practices rather than complex physical techniques. They represent the culmination of the mudrā work in contemplative stillness.
