Vivaraṃ lambikā-ūrdhvataḥ — the opening above the uvula.The tongue in Khecarī seals the passage to the nasopharyngeal cavity, where according to Tantric physiology, amṛta (nectar) descends from Sahasrāra.

Na tasya kṣarate binduḥ — his bindu does not spill.Bindu represents the vital essence, often identified with seminal fluid but more deeply with primordial creative energy.When Khecarī seals the upper passages, this essence is preserved.

Kāminyāliṅgitasya — even embraced by a woman.This statement connects with tantric practices of sexual sublimation: control over bindu allows the yogī to maintain containment even in circumstances that would normally cause its loss.
