Hundred-fourth technique. Continuation of the previous. Evam eva jagat sarvaṃ dagdhvā — thus, having burned the whole universe. Not literally. In meditation. The mind visualizes total dissolution and then observes what remains.

Dhyānena cetasā — with the meditative mind. It is the mind that burns and the mind that observes. The fire is mental. The dissolution is mental. But what remains afterward is not mental. It is what is before, during, and after the mind.

Uttamānubhavaḥ — the supreme experience. Suprabuddho bhaven naraḥ — the person becomes fully awakened. Suprabuddha — well-awakened, supremely awakened. Not enlightened as a distant concept. Awake. Like opening eyes in the morning but infinitely deeper. Awakening is not transcendence. It is absolute normality seen without veils.
