Yo bhāraṁ dhāreti, yo bhārassa cāraṇaṁ; Yo bhāraṁ pahānaṁ, taṁ ve vidvā muni sadhūti.

Yo bhāraṁ dhāreti, yo bhārassa cāraṇaṁ; yo bhāraṁ pahānaṁ, taṁ ve vidvā muni sadhūti.

A whoever bears the weight, knows the origin of the weight, whoever lets it fall — that wise one, that muni, is truly virtuous.

Tañ ca sabbaṁ pahānaṁ — knowing the origin, abandoning all. Knowing the cause (nidāna) of suffering is the first step to liberation. It is not about enduring, but understanding and letting go.

Muni — the silent sage. One who speaks less and observes more. In yoga, mauna is the silence that emerges from comprehension, not repression.
