Who does not exist among beings, nor among humans generally; without impurities in the whole world, that one is called Brahman.

Natthi sattāya — does not exist among beings. One does not identify as a being (satta) among other beings. Identity as a being has dissolved.

Puthū — generally, many. One is not among the many because one does not count as one. The counting has stopped.
