Yo ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; So ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so eva brāhmaṇo hoti.

Yo ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; so ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so eva brāhmaṇo hoti.

Who is called Brahman, is Brahman; who is called Brahman, is truly Brahman.

Continues the repetition of the central theme. The Dhammapada uses recitation as practice: repeating the essential until it is internalized.

The brāhmaṇa is not mysterious. It is one who fulfills the conditions: virtue, discipline, extinction of thirst.
