arjuna uvāca | sthāne hṛṣīkeśa tava prakīrtyā jagat prahṛṣyaty anurajyate ca | rakṣāṃsi bhītāni diśo dravanti sarve namasyanti ca siddha-saṅghāḥ

Arjuna said: It is appropriate, oh Hṛṣīkeśa, that by Your fame the universe rejoices and is attracted; the demons frightened flee in all directions, and all the multitudes of perfected beings offer reverences.

Sthāne — it is appropriate, it is fittingly — the world reacts correctly. Hṛṣīkeśa — Lord of the senses.

Prakīrtyā — by fame, glory. Prahṛṣyati — rejoices. Anurajyate — is attracted — like iron to a magnet.

Rakṣāṃsi bhītāni — frightened demons. Diśaḥ dravanti — flee in directions — scattered by fear.
