Confused in mind in many aspects, enveloped in the net of delusion, attached to the enjoyment of desire, they fall into the impure hell.

The destiny of the asura. Aneka-citta-vibhrāntāḥ — confused (vibhrānta) in many (aneka) minds/thoughts — total mental dispersion. Moha-jāla-samāvṛtāḥ — enveloped (samāvṛta) in the net (jāla) of delusion.

Prasaktāḥ — extremely attached, adhered to kāma-bhoga — enjoyments of desires. The result: patanti — they fall, descend to narake — hell, aśucau — impure. This is not external punishment but natural consequence of mental condition.
