"प्रसादे सर्वदुःखानां हानिरस्योपजायते | प्रसन्नचेतसो ह्याशु बुद्धिः पर्यवतिष्ठते"
"prasāde sarva-duḥkhānāṃ hānir asyopajāyate | prasanna-cetaso hy āśu buddhiḥ paryavatiṣṭhate"
In clarity is born for him the cessation of all affliction; for soon for the one of serene mind, wisdom is firmly established
The consequence of prasāda: sarva-duḥkhānāṃ hāniḥ (destruction of all pains). It is not anesthesia but understanding that dissolves suffering at its root.
Prasanna-cetasaḥ (for the one of serene/joyful mind). Serenity precedes wisdom; it does not follow it. First emotional pacification, then intellectual clarity.
Āśu (soon) — it is not a long process once conditions are given. Paryavatiṣṭhate (is firmly established) — buddhi settles in truth.
