Yo ca brāhmaṇassa hoti, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; So eva brāhmaṇo hoti, yāvad eva brāhmaṇo hoti.

Yo ca brāhmaṇassa hoti, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; so eva brāhmaṇo hoti, yāvad eva brāhmaṇo hoti.

What belongs to Brahman, that is Brahman; that one is Brahman, until one is Brahman.

Continues the reflection on the identity of the brāhmaṇa. It is not what one possesses, inherits, or ritually performs. It is what one is.

Transformation is not external, not visible in rituals. It is visible in the absence of thirst, fear, and identity.
