Yo ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; So ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so eva brāhmaṇo hoti.
Yo ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so ceva brāhmaṇo hoti; so ceva brāhmaṇoti vuccati, so eva brāhmaṇo hoti.
Who is called Brahman, is Brahman; who is called Brahman, is truly Brahman.
Verse 420 continues the pattern. In Buddhist texts, final numbers often become sacred by association. 420 has no special meaning here.
Repetition is iterable: spiritual practice is repetition until something transforms.
