Any action taken will inevitably bear fruit.For this reason, the capable yogi must preserve the bindu with effort.

This verse establishes a universal principle of causality applied to yogic practice.Yad yatra kriyate karma tad avaśyaṃ phalaṃ bhavet — every action inevitably produces its result.This is the principle of karma expressed in its most direct form.

Applied to Vajrolī practice: diligent preservation of the bindu will inevitably produce its fruits—vitality, longevity, subtle powers, and eventually liberation.The loss of the bindu, likewise, produces its consequences: weakness, aging and dispersion of consciousness.

Yogyena — “by the capable yogi” — indicates that not everyone can undertake this practice.Preparation, maturity and ability are required.Prayatnataḥ — “with diligent effort” — remember that the preservation of the bindu is not passive.In a world full of stimuli that cause energy loss, maintaining the bindu requires constant vigilance, regular practice, and sustained discipline.
